We create award-winning custom software solutions that help companies across 15+ industries change the lives of millions If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do - Enhance usability, quality, and feature set for our Records Management System (RMS) and Booking products; - Design and build a reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices (from start to finish); - Collaborate with design and product teams to gather requirements, estimate tasks, plan sprints, and deliver on schedule; - Plan and estimate construction and delivery timelines with accuracy; - Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to improve engineering efficiency; - Mentor junior engineers and support onboarding for new team members; - Review code submitted by other software engineers, and submit your own code for review as part of our pull-request deployment process.

Must haves  - 4+ years of experience in software development for technology companies; - 3+ years of experience building software in the cloud (AWS preferred); - High level of proficiency in Java and SQL ; - Knowledge of and/or prior experience with microservices architecture; - Dev Ops mindset of automation and continuous improvement; - Direct experience in technical product ownership – building complex features from start to finish; - Demonstrated experience improving stability, performance, and scalability of complex software platforms and products; - Self-motivated, passionate, and excited to build and own products from end to end; - A proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, and consistently produce high-quality, impactful results; - Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves - Frontend experience (e.g., Java Script, Type Script, React JS) would be a plus.
